Prof. Rafael BRAVO is Senior Lecturer at Universidad de Zaragoza. He holds a PhD since 2006 and his main research interest are focused on consumer research and brand management. He has participated in different research projects, and nowadays he is deepening on the study of consumer engagement in services. Together with Prof. Pina, he is co-Editor-in-Chief of the Review of Marketing Science. His work has been published in journals such as Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management and Journal of Business Ethics.

   

Prof. José M. PINA is Professor of Marketing at Universidad de Zaragoza. He has published numerous journal articles, conference proceedings and book contributions about topics including brand extensions, brand image, corporate branding, bank marketing, tourism marketing, gamification and teaching innovation. He serves as co-Editor in-Chief of the Review of Marketing Science and as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Marketing Management. His main publications can be found in journals such as the Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Bank Marketing and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management.

   

Prof. Simone Guercini is professor of marketing and management at the University of Florence, Italy. He has been a visiting researcher and visiting professor at research institutes and universities in France, Spain, the United States and Germany. His research interests include business marketing and interorganizational relationships, internationalization, competences for marketing and entrepreneurship, and decision models under uncertainty.  He serves on the editorial board of a number of journals, and in particular is co-editor in chief of Micro & Macro Marketing.
